Nicola Paramor

Nicola is an Executive Director at the Leftfield Group, a multi-disciplinary investment management firm. She also serves as an Alternate Director at Inclusive Housing Australia, a leading developer and provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation, and as a Director at Leftfield Capital Partners, an Australian commercial real estate debt investment management firm.

Nicola holds a Bachelor of Public Communications and a Certificate in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Certificate in Applied Finance from FINSIA.

In her role at the Leftfield Group, Nicola oversees day-to-day operations, whilst also monitoring and ensuring the success of its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Leftfield Group, Nicola held various roles in real estate funds management and development with Lend Lease Property Management, Nakheel (Dubai), and Westfield Retail Trust.
