To support women and children to live free from domestic and family violence and abuse by activating the energy and resources of our community.

To amplify our impact, we aim to:

Expand our service- delivery capability: casework and community programs
Strengthen our capacity to provide support for children impacted by domestic and family violence
Develop our capacity to offer safe housing to more clients: refuge {emergency, short term accommodation) and transitional housing
Incorporate lived experience insight in our operations, client services and advocacy

Attract and retain diverse staff, board members and volunteers
