Domestic and Family Violence Caseworker

As the Domestic and Family Violence Caseworker – Intake and Referral, you will be the first point of contact for women and children seeking safety and support. You will manage all incoming referrals and assessments, ensuring each client is connected to the most suitable service – whether refuge, casework, or community programs.

You’ll conduct risk assessments, safety planning and crisis intervention, offering short-term support and referrals to appropriate services. Your role will be central in ensuring clients’ first experience with Mary’s House Services is compassionate, safe and effective.

You’ll report to the Refuge and Casework Manager and collaborate closely with the Community Programs Manager and Community Programs Coordinator on program intakes.

Permanent, full-time role based on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, SCHCADS Level 4 / Level 5 based on experience
