EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICER AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Mary’s House Services is increasing its capacity to provide support to women and children impacted by domestic and family violence, because demand continues to grow for our life-saving services. To enable the CEO, Board and Leadership Team to achieve their strategic goals for growth – including more accommodation for clients, and more expert caseworker support – a new leadership support role has been developed.

The Executive Support Officer (ESO) provides a range of high-level executive support and administrative services to the CEO to facilitate the delivery of CEO-led operations and responsibilities and to support the CEO’s achievement of organisational objectives. The ESO is also the Company Secretary to the Board. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, requiring superior written and oral communication skills and strong coordination, liaison and influencing skills.
