Our purpose

To support women and their children to live free from domestic and family violence and abuse by activating the energy and resources of our community.

Our four core goals:

1. Amplify our impact

To amplify our impact, we aim to:

Expand our service-delivery capability: casework and community programs.
Strengthen our capacity to provide support for children impacted by domestic and family violence.
Develop our capacity to offer safe housing to more clients: refuge (emergency, short term accommodation) and transitional housing.
Incorporate lived experience insight in our operations and client services.

2. Centre our people

To centre our people, we aim to:

Attract and retain diverse staff, board members and volunteers.
Provide competitive staff compensation, recognition and benefits.
Provide a healthy and safe work environment that prioritises personal and professional growth and wellbeing.
Equip our people to be advocates for our mission and purpose.

3. Expand strategic partnerships

To expand our strategic partnerships, we aim to:

Increase and diversify service-delivery and housing partnerships.
Engage with more philanthropists, pro bono partners and corporate partners.

4. Target sustainable growth

To target sustainable growth, we aim to:

Boost revenue every year and secure more long-term, sustainable financial commitments from supporters.
Proactively manage cyber risk and harness the potential of emerging technology.
Use impact measurement tools for reporting and service development.
