Fundraising and Communications Manager

Full time position.

Reporting to the Fundraising & Communications Director, this is a high-impact role responsible for leading the next phase of growth across fundraising and communications.

You will own and grow individual giving, regular giving, and community and events fundraising, alongside leading all external communications and marketing. Within the current income streams there is a strong foundation and significant opportunity to scale.

This role is focused on growth, innovation and development – with new acquisition strategies, and bringing fresh ideas to expand reach and income.

Community and events fundraising is a key revenue driver, including third-party events, owned campaigns, high-value events and community initiatives, offering strong opportunity to further grow impact.
