Client Services Director

Full-time 

Reporting to the CEO, the Client Services Director will provide organisation-wide leadership across all client-facing programs, including housing, refuges, intake and referral, casework and community programs.

You will work closely with managers and frontline leaders to strengthen practice, guide complex decision-making and translate organisational strategy into safe, responsive and high-quality services.

 

Operations Director

Full-time 

Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of a senior leadership team of three Directors, the Operations Director will provide leadership across the core operational functions that enable Mary’s House Services to deliver safe, sustainable and high-quality services.

This is a broad senior leadership role spanning finance, people and culture, risk and compliance, governance, technology, systems, premises and organisational infrastructure.

 

Community Engagement Coordinator

Full-time

Mary’s House Services is looking for an organised, outgoing Community Engagement Coordinator to join its Philanthropy and Communications team, working to raise funds to support women and their children impacted by domestic and family violence.

As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Philanthropy and Communications Manager to nurture and manage our relationships with community stakeholders, including our relationships with individuals, corporates and community members who support us in a range of ways, including volunteers, and with people who attend our events.

Community Programs Coordinator

Full-time

As Community Programs Coordinator, you will work under the guidance of the Client Services (Quality & Impact) Manager to coordinate day-to-day program delivery, support client participation, strengthen partnerships and maintain accurate program records. You will also coordinate and ensure program development, evaluation and continuous improvement, helping sustain Mary’s House Services’ work with women and children impacted by domestic and family violence.
