Mary's House gets active
Together, more than $10,000 was raised for the women and children.
In the City2Surf, four teams in particular are worthy of note:
Law firm Piper Alderman, spearheaded by Thomas Russell.
Piper Alderman rehydrating after the race, Thomas is far right.
Piper’s were joined by some of the Youth Group of Our Lady of the Way in North Sydney.
Michael Paton, second from left and some members of the Youth Group
The IVenture Card team were massive supporters and Mary’s House is very grateful.
The City2Surf was on my bucket list and was thrilled when my daughters, Lucia and Harriet said they’d join me. I thought sprint ahead of the girls given I’d been in training and they hadn’t.
But, youth (and beauty) won the day and the young women left me in their dust.
The Mary’s House network are an active bunch.
As well as the Mary’s House Walk on Sunday 15 October, Mary’s House also took part in the the Lane Cove Fun run in September.
Mary’s House was one of the beneficiaries of the Lane Cove Fun Run. With 1500 runners aged from a few months to over 80 years old, it was a great community event.
Thank you to all our active Mary’s House supporters!
